Delete the whole account—not just the app.

1. Open Cartha for Churches and choose Control.
2. Open Delete Cartha account.
3. Read the whole-account warning, type DELETE, and confirm.

If you cannot open the app, email support@cartha.com from the address on the account with the subject “Cartha account deletion request.” Cartha will verify ownership before acting. Never send a password, one-time code, or access token.

Deletion is for the whole Cartha account—not only the church staff app. It removes the account and deletable data across Cartha products, ends church-admin access, and cannot be undone.

Cartha may retain narrowly required security, transaction, legal, or consent records where law or legitimate protection obligations require it. Those retained records are restricted from ordinary product use. The deletion confirmation will explain any applicable exception.
