Email support@cartha.com from the address on your Cartha account. Include your church name, device, app version, and what you expected to happen. Do not email passwords, access codes, private AI conversations, or another person’s care content.

For an access problem, ask a current church owner to confirm that your Cartha account is listed as a church admin.

Cartha for Churches coordinates ordinary church support. It does not diagnose, monitor, provide therapy, or replace emergency services. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or qualified crisis resource now.
